Founded by Boulder locals Natalie & Chloe, The Pairing Project grew from a love of good food, good wine, and the kind of connection that only happens around a shared table. Inspired by Colorado nature and seasons, they curate thoughtful gatherings that celebrate local harvest and invite people to slow down and savor.

Natalie Kra - Chief Vibe Officer

Natalie grew up in Maryland and later moved to Southern California, where her curiosity for food, ingredients, and products began to take shape. What started in the kitchen expanded into a broader interest in food systems, sourcing, and the relationship between people and place.

With an MBA and a Master of the Environment, she brings a systems lens to her work, balanced by an intuitive, cook-by-feel approach. Natalie sees cooking as both craft and creative expression, guided by seasonality, local sourcing, and the experience of gathering.

An amateur farmer and artist at heart, she is inspired by the rhythms of the land and the beauty of simple, shared meals foundations that shape every Pairing Project experience.

Chloe Dodge - Chief Taste Officer

Raised in Lake Tahoe, Chloe brings a grounded, intentional approach to both climate work and the kitchen. At Rocky Mountain Institute, she works to advance large-scale sustainability solutions, navigating complex systems with clarity and purpose.

As a certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, her relationship with food is both functional and creative, rooted in nourishment, balance, and intuition. She cooks with precision and care, letting ingredients speak while shaping experiences that feel both thoughtful and effortless.

Guided by movement, books, and time outdoors, Chloe’s presence in the Pairing Project is one of grounding and refinement bringing structure to creativity.
